DRS transformed an existing single story prefabricated building through an interior and exterior renovation, including associated site improvements. The design introduced a second floor to maximize the available space while integrating ADA accessibility requirements. The resulting workplace combines private offices, open work areas, a break room, and conference rooms within a cohesive and efficient environment.
