DRS is NCARB Certified and also employs a Nationally Certified Interior Designer.
Since its inception as DRS ARCHITECTS & PLANNERS in 1986 as a multi-disciplinary firm, DRS has produced creative solutions with the highest level of professional services. Our unmatched attention to details in addition to our commitment to the client’s needs, regardless of the project size or type, distinguishes us as professionals and has resulted in numerous long-term relationships. Currently licensed to work in 8 states, we utilize the success of our clients and their projects as a measure of our own accomplishments.
The realization of this goal is achieved by a synthesis of our wealth of experience with a careful analysis of the client’s needs and a vigilant attention to detail by all members of the project team. Our systems and procedures are established methods that are followed on each project and begin at project notification and extend through construction completion.
Our wide range of design services cater to many different types of clients and projects from small interior remodel projects to ground up construction. We are constantly creating and adapting with remarkable perseverance, making a real difference for our clients. All while producing unique design solutions that move quickly from programming to construction by integrating our quality assurance protocol, design approach process and technological knowledge into every aspect of the project. Collectively, these enhance the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of projects.
On October 1, 2017, Donald R Small joined forces with Shary Loaiza and Neyda Emmanuelli to further develop the firm. Therefore, creating a professional corporation now known as DRS ARCHITECTS & PLANNERS PC. Following our founding partner’s vision, we are committed to keep delivering our dedication to the client with integrity, accountability, and diligence in every aspect of the project. It is this loyalty to our client’s needs, regardless of the project size or type that makes us distinctive and has resulted in numerous long-term clients including Austintatious Enterprises, JT Evans Company, Kucera Management, PS Business Parks, and St. Croix amongst others.
