As the firm's chief executive officer, she makes high-level decisions about the project strategy, fees negotiation, and overseeing that all quality assurance standards are achieved in each project, amongst others. Her advanced understanding and knowledge of construction techniques as it relates to interior design and architecture prove to be successful in markets such as healthcare, retail, senior living, corporate, and hospitality, amongst others.

Don founded DRS Architects & Planners, as a Sole-proprietor, and brings over 40 years of professional experience to the new professional corporation. He still holds the primary leadership role on all architectural projects regardless of size. His experience and design accomplishments include three multi-use buildings, two multi-story office buildings, numerous interior finish-out projects, and the master planning of over 700 acres of land for various commercial and retirement center projects, amongst others. His strategic and Client-centered approach to each project independently of the project size has a proven track record of ensuring the project's success.

Peter is our Senior Architect bringing over 47 years of well diverse architecture experience. His career includes work for major design firms both locally and in other markets, experience as a Principal or Senior Manager in several firms, and involvement in many project types – professional office space, production, and processing, retail, restaurant, medical /clinical, financial, performing arts and residential. Peter's knowledge supports the team's design processes from beginning to end.

With a master’s degree in Architecture and 8+ years of experience in the field, Shary's unrivaled attention to detail and organizational skills keep the entire firm accountable, and projects on track. Shary's professional experience extends from retail spaces to medical facilities, residential projects, and hotels. As the firm's chief operations officer Shary puts her leadership and business development skills to action ensuring that the day-to-day business operations run smoothly, all while translating the project strategy into actionable goals for the project's success. Shary is currently working towards becoming a registered architect.
