This strategic approach to all projects regardless of its size allows to work on multiple projects of various sizes at the same time without affecting each Client’s deadline. Having the correct design process is a key aspect of the strategic process for a successful outcome, as well as an enjoyable journey.
We have developed a systematic and structured approach to “building it right the first time” at every stage of the process. Designed to reduce oversights, lower risks, and improve the quality of the product. This quality assurance process ensures consistent drawings quality and project success. It is applied to all projects no matter the project size or timeline.
As a Client-Centered firm, DRS has a set of standard methods to ensure the proper procedures are followed in every project to ensure that the client’s goal is achieved. These standard methods culminate with our Quality Assurance Process which contributes to maximizing the team’s efficiency, creative process, and the project’s success by managing the quality at each phase of the process. It includes the development of a set of project specific guidelines to be used at each step of the process as a checklist to ensure all the necessary information is accurately incorporated into the drawings.
